دانشیار مدیریت دانشکده تاچمن، مؤسسه نیوجرسی و استاد دورههای مختلف مدیریت از جمله مدیریت استراتژیک میباشد. کارشناسی خود را در رشته اقتصاد، کارشناسی ارشد را در رشته امبیای (مالی) در مدرسه کسبوکار استرن[1] و دکتری مدیریت خود را با تخصص مدیریت استراتژیک از دانشگاه روتگرز[2] دریافت کرد. اشنایدر مسئول انجمن بینالمللی کسبوکار و مدیریت، عضوهیئت مدیره، نائبرئیس آکادمی شرقی مدیریت، محقق مؤسسه حاکمیت شرکتی دانشگاه
سندیگو و عضو هیئت تحریریه گروه سازمان و مدیریت، یادگیری مدیریت، فصلنامه رهبری و عضو فارغالتحصیلان دانشکده نیوآرک دانشگاه روتگرز میباشد.
تحصیلات استاد به شرح زیر است:
